North Star Metrics

  • Weekly Active Creators (WAC) — Creators completing a full Gameplan → Publish → Pulse loop each week
  • Gameplan Completion Rate — % of planned slots that get published
  • 12-Week Retention — Creators still active after 3 billing cycles
  • Creator Uplift — Measurable improvement in CTR, watch-time, or engagement

Roadmap Philosophy

We ship features only when they strengthen the core flywheel. Every addition must either improve creator outcomes, increase completion rates, or unlock new revenue streams. We say no to complexity that doesn't serve our mission.
